They say they have a business center but when we went to use it, it was occupied by the staff.The wifi was very unreliable, especially if you use VPN. It only maintains a connection for a few seconds Prior to booking we messaged the Hotel via Booking.com and was assured that their wifi Internet was reliable. We indicated this was the qualification for us booking us hotel . From the first day, the wifi was found to be very unstable. They first told me they would refund our money. It on check out the reneged and refused. I complained through Booking.com but booking.com sad that the hotel refused their request for a refund .Luckily, I’ll be able to reverse the charge with my credit card company since the contractual obligation for stable network was not met. By the way, I’m a 40 year IT engineer specializing in system performance. IAdditional items of complaint:The bathroom was dark in the vent fan extremely loud.The air conditioning was very poor .The facilities in the room was very old and simplistic .What are the two elevators was broken permanently .I got sick after eating in the restaurant.

Location is very central; rooms are spacious and comfy, breakfast is great, staff is very helpful.Big plus - the private parking

This spot is a gem! Very centrally located, steps from Mamy interesting attractions, super clean and very nice staff.
Nice hotel not far from the city center, room is clean, all amenities provided. Wifi is working well.

The customer service was phenomenal. All staff very attentive to your needs. Very clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
The only thing I didn’t like was the beds. They are very hard and uncomfortable.
